Valeriane Ayayi, #11, forward for the Phoenix Mercury. 6.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game in 35 games this season, averaging 16.2 minutes. Updated October 8, 2026.
Valeriane Ayayi is a rotation regular off the Mercury's bench, averaging 6.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 16.2 minutes across 35 games. She is more a steady contributor than a standout in any one area. Where she falls short: finishing at the rim (50% in the restricted area, below forwards' 64.8%). High points: a season-high 20 points at the Tempo on Jun 27. Low points: a 2-of-7 shooting night vs. the Sun on Jul 19 and a late dip to 3.8 points a game over her last 10. Bottom line: a rotation option still looking for a signature skill, with finishing at the rim the first thing to fix.
