Aaliyah Edwards, #8, forward for the Connecticut Sun. 11.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1 assists per game in 30 games this season, averaging 20.7 minutes. Updated October 8, 2026.
Aaliyah Edwards is a starter for the Sun, averaging 11.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1 assists in 20.7 minutes across 30 games. She is more a steady contributor than a standout in any one area. High points: a season-high 26 points vs. the Sky on Aug 25, plus 4 games of 20 or more. She is trending up, too — 14.4 points a game over her last 10, up from 9.4 before that. Low points: a 4-of-14 shooting night at the Mystics on Sep 22. Bottom line: a rotation option still looking for a signature skill.
